This is the classic vinegar PAROS in which during packaging has added the herb estragon giving more pleasant taste and distinct aroma.
- Use "PAROS estragon vinegar" for the sprinkling of mushrooms, chicken and pork before cooking.
- Frequent rubbing of chicken, lamb and pork on the spit with "PAROS estragon vinegar," keep the meat soft and simultaneously help to prevent burn out and not "open".
- Pour a few drops of "PAROS estragon vinegar" in minced meat (pork or turkey)before neading and enjoy fragrant and delicious burgers.
- To disinfect and give the cabbage a different flavor, let stand for 5 -10minutes in water with "PAROS estragon vinegar," and then use it as you want (salad, cooked in steam, etc.)
